The most frequently employed method to earn money on the internet with a blog is by including Google Adsense. This is very simple to do and Blogger makes it even easier for you. You may also include affiliate links and contextual ads such as those provided by Chitika, Kanoodle, and Yahoo.

Incorporating links to your other websites is the other major benefit you can derive from blogging. By having more back links coming into your websites, your search engine ranking for the keywords you are promoting will improve. You will also have to setup the proper keyword anchor links in your blog and on the pages of your websites that the links are pointing to.

First, you need to setup a blog either at Blogger or one of the other online services mentioned earlier or create a blog on your own domain name & web hosting account.

Contextual advertising, such as that provided by Google Adsense, is necessary to earn money on the internet after it is established. Once you reach this point, you need to add targeted keyword anchor links that direct readers of your blog to your other websites and pages.

To maintain your blog, add a new post every few days and ping after each addition. You send the pings to make certain that search engines stay informed of your blog’s new content. When the search engines receive your ping, they will send crawlers to evaluate your previously unindexed content and follow the targeted links pointing to your other websites.
